(292) Michael Earle and Mary his Wife All that Part of a Tract of Land laying and being formerly in Prince Georges County but now in Frederick County called the five Daughters (the whole containing according to Patent fifteen hundred Acres) which is included by and contained within the following Lines to wit Begining at the end of one hundred and forty four Perches on the twenty second Line of the Original Tract of Land called Pork Hall of which the said Tract called the five Daughters is a Part and runing from thence South twenty five degrees degrees West twenty four Perches then south three hundred and sixty Perches then south forty five degrees West one hundred Perches then North fifty five degrees and one half of a Degree West two hundred and twelve Perches then North twenty eight degrees East three hundred and Eighty three perches then by a South eighty eight degrees East line Seventy eight Perches to the Begining containing and now laid out for four hundred and thirty five Acres of Land more or Less together with all Houses buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Trees Woods under woods Profits Commodities Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever on the same part of the Said Tract of Land being or to the same in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest property Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Richard Tilghman Earle of in or to the said Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said part of the said Tract called the five Daughters and Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto them the said Michael Earle and Mary his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of her the said Mary to the only proper Use and Behoofe of of them the said Michael Earle and Mary his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of her the said Mary for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Richard Tilghman Earle for himself and his Heirs the said part of the said Tract of Land called the |
