       and Annastatia his Wife and Eleanor Carroll for themselves and their
       heirs the said Tract of Land and Premisses and every part and Parcel
       thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Richard Tilghman Earle
       his Heirs and Assigns from and against them the said Michael Earle
       and Mary his Wife Edward Tilghman and Juliana his Wife Henry
       Ward Pearce and Annastatia his Wife and Eleanor Carroll and every
       of them and their and every of their Heirs and all Persons claiming
       or to claim by from or under them or any or either of them shall and will
       warrant and forever defend   In Witness whereof the parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their
       seals the day and year first above written
