       and Determining of all and every of the Powers and Authoritys whatsoever heretofore
       given by the said Jonathan Forward to the said Bryan Philpott for Transacting all
       or any Matters or Things for him the said Jonathan Forward in Maryland aforesaid
       or elsewhere she the said Elizabeth Byng doth hereby to all intents and
       purposes whatsoever revoke Disanull Determine and make void all and every
       and each of the Powers and Authoritys whatsoever at any Time or Times heretofore
       made signed given executed and sent by him the said Jonathan Forward to the
       said Bryan Philpott for Manageing Transacting or performing any matters
       Affairs or Business for him the said Jonathan Forward in Maryland or else
       where  And the said Elizabeth Byng  Hath made ordain constitute and
       and appointed and by these Presents  Doth make ordain constitute and
       appoint the said Jonathan Plowman to be her true full sole and absolute
       Attorney for her and in her Name and on her Behalf as Executrix of the
       said Jonathan Forward Deceased and for her use to Ask Demand sue for
       Recover and receive of and from the said Bryan Philpott and all and
       every ^other^ Person or Persons whom it doth or shall or may concern all and every
       the Moneys Securitys for Money Bonds Bills Securitys Accounts Papers
       Writings and Effects whatsoever in the Hands of him the said Bryan
       Philpott and belonging to her the said Elizabeth Byng as Executrix
       of the said Jonathan Forward and upon Receipt and Delivery thereof
       Acquittances Releases and Discharges to make give Sign and execute for the
       same  And upon Non payment and Non Delivery thereof to Sue Arrest
       and Imprison for the same and to do any other Act Matter and thing
       requisite and Necessary to be done in and about the same  And the
       Said Elizabeth Byng  Hath also made Ordained Constituted and
       Appointed and by these Presents Doth make ordain constitute and
       appoint the said Jonathan Plowman her true and Lawful Attorney for
       her and in her Name and for her Use as Executrix of the said Jonathan
       Forward Deceased to Ask Demand and receive of and from the said William
       Lux or other the Representative or Representatives of the said Darby Lux
       Deceased and of and from all and every other person or persons whomsoever
