       living or resideing in or near Maryland aforesaid all and every the Sum and Sums
       of Money Bonds Bills Notes Securitys for Money Books Accounts papers and
       Writings whatsoever in the Hands of the said William Lux and all and every such
       other person or Persons whomsoever and which belonged to the said Jonathan Forward
       Deceased and now belonging to the said Elizabeth Byng as his Executrix and
       upon receipt payment and Delivery of all or any part or parts thereof acquittances
       receipts Releases or other Sufficient Discharges to make give Sign Seal deliver
       and execute for the same and upon Non payment or Non Delivery thereof
       then the said Elizabeth Byng doth hereby fully Authorize and Empower the
       Said Jonathan Plowman to bring commence and prosecute or cause to be brought
       commenced and Prosecuted any Action or Suit whatsoever for the Recovery and
       Obtaining payment and Delivery of the same premisses and to proceed to
       Judgment and Execution therein and to Imprison for the same and out of
       Prison again to release and Discharge and also to defend any Action or
       Suit whatsoever to be brought or commenced relateing to all or any of the
       Matters aforesaid and the said Elizabeth Byng doth also Authorize and
       Empower the Said Jonathan Plowman to settle adjust and sign all and
       every or any account or accounts whatsoever which were depending and
       remaining unsettled between the said Darby Lux or the said William
       Lux or any other person or Persons whomsoever liveing in or resideing in
       or near Maryland aforesaid  And the said Jonathan Forward And doth
       also Authorize and Empower the said Jonathan Plowman from time
       to Time to Substitute and appoint one or more ^other^ person or Persons under
       him for the purposes aforesaid and from time to time at his Will and pleasure
       to revoke Disanull and make Void the Same  And Generally for the said Jonathan
       ^Plowman^ to make do Transact accomplish execute and perform all and every other
       and further Acts Deeds matters and things whatsoever requisite and
       Necessary to be done in and about all and every the Premisses aforesaid
       as fully and Effectually to all Intents and purposes whatsever as if ^she^ the said
       Elizabeth Byng was present and did the same in her own proper Person
       And the said Elizabeth Byng doth hereby Promise and Agree to allow
