       containing Three hundred Acres of Land together with all Rights Members
       Appurtenances Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods under Woods
       Timber and Timber Trees Ways Easments Profits Comodities Hereditaments
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land and Premisses or any part
       or Parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appurtaining  To have and
       to Hold the said Parcel of Land together with all Houses fenceings
       Gardens Orchards and every other the Premisses and Appurtenances unto
       the said Richard Reynolds his Heirs and Assigns for ever  And the said
       Henry Ridgely and his Heirs the said Tract or Parcel of Land unto
       the said Richard Reynolds and his Heirs in manner and form aforesaid
       conveyed against him the said Henry Ridgely and his Heirs will
       Warrant and for ever Defend and the Said Henry Ridgely doth for
       himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Richard Reynolds his
       Heirs and Assigns that he the said Richard Reynolds his Heirs
       shall and may Peaceably and Quietly have hold Occupy Posses
       and enjoy the said Bargained Premisses with their appurtenances
       free from the Lett Suit Molestation or Interruption of him the aforesaid
       Henry Ridgely his Heirs Executors or Administrators and further that he
       the said Henry Ridgley his heirs shall and will execute any other
       Deed or Instrument of Writing that he the Said Richard Reynolds
       or his Heirs or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall devise or
       advise for the better assurance and sure making of the aforesaid
       three hundred Acres of Land with he appurtenances  In Witness
       whereof the Partie first abovesaid hath hereunto Set his hand and
       Affixed his Seal the Day and Year aforementioned
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
           In the Presence of Us                                    Hy Ridgely      (seal)
