       Justices of the Provincial Court Henry Darnall the Elder and Henry
       Darnall Jun.r Partys to the within Deed and Acknowledged Severally
       that they freely and voluntarily executed the same for the Purposes
       therein mentioned according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly
       in such cases made and Provided

x.d  This Indenture made this 28th Day of April in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred Sixty and One  Between
       Henry Ridgley of Ann.dll County  In the Province of Maryland Merchant
       of the One Part and Richard Reynolds of the County and Province aforesaid
       Planter of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said Henry Ridgley
       for an in consideration of the sum of twenty four Pounds Sterling Money to
       him in Hand paid by the said Richard Reynolds before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he the said Henry Ridgely
       Doth hereby acknowledge Hath given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth fully clearly and
       absolutely give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the
       said Richard Reynolds his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that part of a
       Tract or parcel of Land called Friendship Lying and being in Frederick
       County  Beginning fifty one Perches reverse on the last line of the
       said Land and running reverse on the said Land South sixty
       Degrees West twenty Nine Perches then North seventy seven
       Degrees West one hundred and Ten perches then South Seventy
       seven Degrees West twenty four Perches then South thirty nine
       Degrees West fifty four Perches then south Eighteen Degrees West One
       hundred and Ten Perches then south Nineteen Degrees East Eighteen
       Perches then south Sixty eight East One hundred and twenty three
       Perches then North fifty Nine East sixty four Perches then east thirty
       seven Perches then by a Streight line to the first Beginning
