(267) Tract or parcel of Land called Miles's Pleasure and part of a Tract of Land called the Labyrinth Beginning at a Stake standing in the giving Line of a Tract of Land called the Girles Portion near to two marked Saplings and running with the said Girles Portion North twenty eight and a half Degrees East one hundred and thirty four Perches thence North fifty eight Degrees West one hundred and twenty Perches then North Twelve Degrees East fifty four Perches then South Eighty eight Degrees West one hundred Seventy two Perches then with a Streight Line to the first Boundary containing and laid out for one hundred and Sixty Acres of Land more or Less Together with all Buildings Lands Tenements Improvements Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lands belonging or any wise appertaining and also the Reversion and reversions Remainder and remainders Rents and Services of the said Lands and Premisses and of every part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Miles of in and to the said Lands Premisses and Appurtenances and of every Part and Parcel thereof To Have and to Hold the Said Lands Premisses and Appurtenances above mentioned and every part and Parcel thereof unto the said Charles Jones his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Charles Jones his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Joseph Miles for him and his Heirs the said Lands Premisses and Appurtenances and every Part and Parcel thereof against him and his Heirs and against all and every other Person and Persons whatsoever whatsoever to the said Charles Jones his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Joseph Miles hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year above written Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of Joseph Miles (seal) J Hepburn Sam.l Hepburn On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t Fred.y Cou.ty 13th Ap.l 1761 Then received of the within named Cha.s (Jones) |
