       the said John Rearsby (in his actual Possession now being by Virtue of a
       Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the aforesaid Charles Carroll bearing
       Date the day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for one whole
       year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and
       by force of the statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and
       Assigns  All that Lot of Ground lying and being in the City of Annapolis
       aforesaid in Ann Arundel County numbered Seventy three in the Original survey
       of the said city and in the Plat of the said city according to the Resurvey
       thereof made by Thomas Stoddart in or about the Year Seventeen hundred
       and eighteen numbered fifteen Together with all Houses Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Ways Waters Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments
       ^Advantages^ and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Lot of Ground belonging or appertaining
       and the Reversion and revertions remainder and Remainders rents
       issues and profits of the said Lot of Ground and Premisses and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Charles Carroll of in to or out of the aforesaid Lott of
       Ground and Premisses or any part or Parcel thereof To have and to hold
       the said Lot of Ground and Premisses with the appurtenances to him the
       said John Rearsby his Heirs and Assigns  To the Intent and Purpose that he
       the said John Rearsby may be and become perfect Tenant of the Freehold
       and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a common Recovery may be
       had and Suffered against him in Such Manner as is herein after mentioned
       And for that purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and agreed by and
       between all the said parties to these presents that before the end of the
       next April Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur
       Disseisin en le post at the costs and charges of him the said Charles
       Carroll shall and may be brought and prosecuted against him the said John
       Rearsby in the name of him the said Thomas Johnson Junior as
       Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the aforesaid Lot of Ground and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances by such Name or Names Certainties
       and Discriptions as shall be apt and convenient in that Behalf To which
