       had and Suffered according to the usual Course of Common Recoveries in Such Cases
       used   Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
       Quantity of twelve thousand Pounds of Tobacco by him the said Joshua Graves to the
       aforesaid Thomas Graves in Hand actually paid and Satisfied the Receipt whereof is
       hereby acknowledged and for declaring the use and intent of the said recovery  It is
       hereby covenanted granted Agreed and Declared by and between all the said Parties to
       these Presents that the said Common Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other manner
       had and Suffered and the Execution thereof from and immediately after the suffering
       and executing the Same was meant and intended to be and enure and is hereby
       declared to be and enure and that the Recoveror therein named and his Heirs
       should stand and be seized of and in the recovered Premisses to and for the Use
       and Behoof of him the said Joshua Graves his Heirs and Assigns for ever and
       to or for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and affixed their
       Seals the Day and Year first above Written

                              On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       On the 18th day of April 1761  Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Provincial Justices the within named Thomas Graces Joshua Graces and Henry
       Jarbeo and did severally acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be
       their Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Right and Estate of the within named Joshua Graces his Heirs and Assigns
       forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed and the Act
       of Assembly in such case made and Provided
