       covenanted granted and agreed by and between the said Parties to these presents
       and the true Intent and Meaning of the Parties to these presents is That from
       and immediately after the said common Recovery or Recoverys shall be had and prosecuted
       as aforesaid of the said Lands and Premisses the said recovery or recoveries shall be and
       enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the said
       Bennett Chew and every other Person that shall be seized of the Premisses or any part
       thereof by virtue of the said common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized
       thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances
       to the only use and Behoof of the said Alezander Fraser his Heirs and Assigns and
       to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and seals the Day
       and Year first within written

                                                 At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus
       Th Ringgold                        written  Viz.t

             Be it remembered that on the fifteenth Day of May in the Year of our
       Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty the within and above Christian Adair
       Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland and acknowledged the within Deed
       to be her Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein contained to be
       and enure to the uses in the said Deed Mentioned according to the form force
       and effect true intent and Meaning of the Same Deed  In Testimony
       whereof I have hereunto set my hand the Day and Year above written
