(246) acknowledge and thereof and every Part and parcel thereof Doth fully clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs Exec.rs Admin.rs and Assigns for ever by these presents and for divers other good causes and considerations him thereunto Moving he the said Edward Dorsey Hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called and known by the Name of Dorseys Thickets lying and being in Baltimore County Beginning at a Hickory Saplin Marked with four Notches standing on the West side of the Main Branch of the White Marsh opposite to a Barran Ridge on the East Side thereof and running thence North Sixty Nine Degrees East fifty Nine perches to a white Oak ^marked^ with four Notches thence North fifty eight degrees east twenty five perches to another White Oak marked with four Notches thence North thirty eight Degrees E twelve Perches to a White Oak Markt with Six Notches thence South fifty Degrees East thirty two perches south fifty six Degrees East thirty eight perches North Seventy Six Degrees East thirty three perches to a white Oak markt with eight Notches then South five Degrees East fifteen Perches West Seventeen Perches south thirty Seven Perches South forty one Degrees East forty perches south five degrees West Seventeen Perches South twenty five Degrees East twelve Perches South Seventy Six Degrees East twenty six perches North forty Degrees East thirty two perches North Eighty on Degrees East thirty four perches south thirty seven Degrees West Sixty two perches South fifty Degrees West seventy four perches North fifty one Degrees West Eighteen Perches North six Degrees East thirty thirty four perches North forty three Degrees West seventy Perches West fifty three perches North twenty six Degrees West thirty perches South Seventy six West thirty one perches thence with a streight Line to the Beginning containing and laid out for one hundred and twenty Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the (said) |
