                            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       March 8th 1761  Reced of Vachel Dorsey Six Pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned Reced p me
       Test   Henry Howard                                                Edw.d Dorsey of B C

       March the 8 1761  Then came before us two Lordships Justices for Ann Arundel
       County the above named Edward Dorsey of B C and acknowledged this indenture
       to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Right and Estate of the within named Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and at the same Time came Deborah the Wife of the said Edward Dorsey
       of B C who being us privately examined out of the hearing of her said Husband freely
       acknowledged that she gave up all her Right and Title of Dower to the within mentioned
       Lands and Premisses to the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       without any threats or fear of the Displeasure of her said Husband  Taken and
       acknowledged before us the Day and Year abovesaid

       25 March 1761  Received the Sum of Eleven Pence half penny Sterling
       being the Alienation Fine for the Land within mentioned for the Use of the Lord
       Baltimore

x.d  This Indenture made this Eighth Day of March in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Six One  Between Edward Dorsey of
       Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one Part and
       Vachel Dorsey of Ann Arundel Count in the Province aforesaid planter on
       the other part  Witnesseth that he the said Edward Dorsey for and in
       consideration of the sum of Eighteen pounds Sterling Money of great Britain to him
       in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Vachel Dorsey at or before the  
       Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby
