       parcel thereof Doth fully clearly and Absolutely acquit Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs Executors Admin and Assigns for
       ever by these Presents and for Divers other good Causes and Considerations him
       thereunto moving  He the said Edward Dorsey Hath granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Vachel Dorsey his
       Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Tract or parcel of Land (called Vachels
       Purchase lying and being in Baltimore County) Beginning at two
       Bounded Chesnut Trees Standing on the south side of a Glade a branch of
       the Piny run which desend into Dillaware falls and running thence
       North Seventy Degrees West ten Perches North fifteen Degrees East eight
       perches North fifty two Degrees East Sixteen perches North twenty
       five Degrees East twenty Six perches South fifth Degrees East forty perches
       South Eleven Degrees East Sixteen perches South twenty Nine Degrees
       East Sixty two Perches South fifty five degrees West twenty four perches
       North thirty three Degrees West forty perches thence by a Streight line
       to the Beginning containing and laid out for twenty three acres more or less
       together with all and singular the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto
       belonging to have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and
       Singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be
       hereby Granted with their and every of their appurtenances unto him the
       said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only Use
       and Behoof of him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       the Rents hereafter to become due and payable to the Lord Proprietary his heirs
       and Successors only excepted  In Witness whereof the said Edward Dorsey
       hath hereunto Set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and ^Date^ year first above
