218 Seventy four perches then North thirty four degrees west twenty Perches then North Sixty Seven Degrees East Seventy one hundred & four perches to the Nothern falls of Patapsco River then down and bounding on the said falls south fourteen degrees East sixty perches South Sixty Degrees west sixty perches then south forty degrees west one hundred and thirty perches then with a streight Line a cross the said land to the Begining containing and now laid out for Sixty Six acres more or less as also Beginning for the Second part or parcel at a sliped white Oak saplin standing at the end of one hundred and ten perches on the thirteenth corse of said Tract of Land and runing thence with the said corse north forty nine degrees East one hundred and ten perches to the end of said corse then South eighty one Degrees East thirty two perches to the Nothern falls of Patapsco River then Down and Bounding on the said falls South twenty Seven Degrees East sixty perches still bounding on the said falls south sixty degrees East one hundred and twenty perches Still Bounding on the said falls south fifty six degrees west thirty six perches still bounding on the said falls north seventy two Degrees west sixty six perches to the Begining of the said course of a Tract of Land called Tevises Adventure then bounding on the said Land north forty degrees west one hundred and twenty perches still Bounding on the said Land south fifty five degrees |
