219 Degrees west forty two perches Still Bounding on the said Land South one hundred and fifty perches then by a Streight Line a cross the said Land to the Beginning white Oake Saplin containing and now laid out for seventy Acres of Land more or Less together with all and Singular the Premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Rezin Hammond his heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper use & Behoof of him the said Rezin Hammond his heirs and assigns for ever And it is Covenanted and Granted Between the said John Brunts and Rezin Hammond that the said John Brunt and his heirs the said Land and premisses unto him the said Rezin Hammond and his heirs and from and against all and every person or persons whatsoever that shall or may lay my claim thereto the said John Brunts or his heirs shall & will warrant and for ever after defend by these pesents and it is further covenanted and granted by and Between the said John Brunts and Rezin Hammond that the said John Brunts and his heirs shall and will at the request of him the said Rezin Hammond and his heirs make doe or suffer to be done my other & further Reasonable Act or Acts thing or things Devise or Devises in the Law whatsoever which by him the said Rezin Hammond or his heirs heirs shall be thought proper for the Better Suretie and more shore making of the said Lands and premisses unto him the said Rezin Hammond his heirs and assigns for ever |
