217 According to the true intent and meaning of said Deed as Witness our hands NRuxton Gay W.m Rogers 30th Septem.r 1760 I have received the sum of fourteen shillings and ten pence sterling being the Alienation fine for the within Land for the use of the Lord Baltimore sides Recorded 2.d March 1761 Edw.d Lloyd x.d This Indenture Made this 24.th day of February Anno Domoni one thousand & Seven hundred and Sixty one Between John Brunt of Baltimore County Shoe maker of the one part and Rezin Hammond of Ann Arundel County planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Brunt for and in consideration of the sum of thirty four pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Rezin Hammond the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be fully sattisfied contented and paid hath given Granted Bargained and sold aliend Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by or parcell at the end of thirty perches on the third line of the aforesaid tract and runing thence north forty degrees East one hundred and fifty three perches to the End of the said line then north six degrees East seventy |
