216 Assurance or Conveyance in the Law as by the said Richard Stringer his heirs or assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law Shall be from time to time reasonably Devised or Advised for the further and better assurence surety and sure making of all and singular the Premisses hereby Bargained and Sold or inteded to be Bargained and Sold so that there be no other or further Warrant Contained therein than to warrant the Same from the said Samuel Stringer and his heirs & all other persons claiming or to claim any Right title or Interest from by or under him the said Samuel Stringer and his heirs according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the said Samuel Stringer hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the Day and year above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presents of Sam.l Stringer (seal) NRuxton Gay & W.m Rogers On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Received this 16th day of September 1760 of Richard Stringer five shillings current money being the consideration money within mentioned as witness my hand Tests NRuxton Gay Sam.l Stringer On the 16.th day of September ^1760^ came the within named Sam.l Stringer before us the subscribers to Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and the within bargaind parcels of Land to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Richard Stringer his heirs and assigns for ever |
