215 Premisses and Appurtenances to the Said Two Tracts or parcels of Land belonging or in any wise Appurtaining to have and to hold the said Two Tracts or parcels of Land together with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the said Richard Stringer his heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Richard Stringer his heirs and assigns & to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Samuel Stringer for him and his heirs doth hereby Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and ^with^ the said Richard Stringer his heirs and assigns for ever that he the said Samuel Stringer and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times for ever that he the said Samuel Stringer & his heirs shall & will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter warrant and defend the said Two Tracts or parcels of Land and premisses with its appurtenances against all manner of persons claiming or to claim any right Title or Interest unto the aforesaid two tracts or parcels of Land and premisses with its appurtenances from by or under him the said Samuel Stringer doth further covenant for himself and his heirs to and with the said Richard Stringer his heirs and assigns that he the said Samuel Stringer and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter do make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or cause to be made done acknowledged Suffered and Executed all and Every such further and other Act or Acts Thing or Things assurance |
