       same being due to the said John Brice on the Mortgage aforesaid and the Payment
       and Receipt whereof he hath duly acknowledged the said John Brice did
       Assign Transfer and make over to the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever all the Right Title Interest Property Claim & Demand of what Nature
       or kind soever either in Law or Equity which the said John or his Heirs &c
       had or ought to have in or to the Mortgage and Mortgaged Premisses aforesaid
       Subject Nevertheless to the Provisoe contained in his the said John Brice's
       Assignment Viz.t  That John Brice his Heirs &c shall nor will not be Answerable
       to the said Charles Carroll his Heirs &c or Assigns for the Consideration
       Money of the Mortgage aforesaid nor for any costs or charges that shall or May
       arise by means of the above Assignment &c or by any other ways or Means whatsoever
       But ^that^ the said John Brice his Heirs &c shall be therefrom forever
       wholly acquit & Discharged   Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the
       said Charles Carroll Esq.r for and in consideration of the Several Payments of
       Twenty five Pound and Nine Pence Sterling and Twenty one Pounds Ten
       Shillings Currency made to him May the first Seventeen hundred and fifty
       five as also the further Sums of Sixty four Pounds Ten shillings and
       five pence three farthings sterling and Thirty three Pounds four shillings
       & four Pence three farthings currency to him in Hand paid by the said John
       Brunts at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt
       whereof is duly acknowledged the said Payments being made and accepted
       in Satisfaction and Discharge of all Principal and Interest Money due on the
       said Mortgage and Assignment aforesaid He the said Charles Carroll hath
       remised released and forever Quit Claimed and doth by this Instrument of
       Writing for himself his Heirs &c Remise release and for ever Quit Claim unto
       the said John Brunts (now being in Actual and Peaceable possession of the
       Mortgaged and Assigned Premisses aforesaid) and to his Heirs &c and Assigns
       All the Estate right Title Interest property Claim & demand whatsoever as well in
       Equity as in Law which the said Cha.s Carroll hath or can or may pretend to
       have in the Premisses Mortgaged and Assigned as af.d or in or to any Part
       or Parcel of them  To Have and to Hold the Several tracts & Parcels
