       or Obligation and all and every the Covenants Articles Clauses and Things
       in the said Writings and each or any or either of them contained and the whole
       Benefit of them and each and every or either of them that he the said John Brice
       May or Might or could have or claim thereto or thereunder either in Law or
       Equity and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of the Said Lands and Premisses herein before mentioned
       or any or either of them contained and the whole Estate Right Title Use
       Trust Interest Claim and Demand of him the said John Brice in of or
       to the said Lands and Premisses or any or either of them or any part or
       Parcel of any or either of them that he the said John Brice may have by
       all and every ways and Means whatever To have and to Hold the
       said Mentioned Lands and Premisses and every of them and every
       part and parcel thereof to him the Said Charles Homewood his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever in this Instrument of Writing intended to be conveyed
       to the only proper use and behoof of the said Charles Homewood his heirs
       and assigns for ever and to and for no other use Limitation Construction
       or purpose whatsoever and the said John Brice for himself and his
       Heirs doth expresly Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said
       Charles Homewood and his Heirs and Assigns that he the aforesaid John
       Brice the aforesaid Tracts and Parcels of Land and all and every of
       them against all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming by
       from or under him the Said John Brice his Heirs or Assigns unto the
       said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant
       and ever defend by these Presents and the aforesaid four Negroes or slaves
       in Manner aforesaid In Witness whereof the said John Brice and
       and affixed their seals the Day and Year of our Blessed Lord and Savior
       first above Written
