       Eight at Seven Shillings and Six pence and Pistoles at Twenty Seven
       Shillings pursuant to the Rates Established by the Inspection Law which
       Said Several Sums of Money herein before Mentioned with Legal Interest do
       amount in the whole Two thousand one hundred Eighty one Pounds
       seven Shillings and Six pence Maryland Paper Current Money and
       Three hundred and thirty three Pounds Sixteen Shillings and four pence
       Payable in Pieces of Eight and Pistoles as aforesaid out of which said Two
       Thousand One hundred and Eighty one pounds Seven Shillings and six
       Pence the said John Brice did heretofore actually receive from the said
       Charles Homewood the Just Sum of Ninety Nine Pounds Seventeen
       shillings in Part of Interest therein included Now This Indenture
       expressly Witnesseth that the said John Brice for and in consideration of
       the said Sum of Ninety Nine Pounds Seventeen Shillings Maryland
       Paper Current Money by him heretofore received as aforesaid the further
       sums of Two thousand and Eighty one Pounds Ten Shillings and six
       Pence Paper Current Money and Three hundred Thirty three Pounds
       Sixteen Shillings and four Pence in Peices of Eight and Pistoles at the
       rates aforesaid to him the said John Brice in hand paid by the said
       Charles Homewood at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and Confess
       and thereof and therefrom doth hereby release Acquit Exonerate and
       Discharge him the Said Charles Homewood his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns and every of them by these Presents he
       the said John Brice hath Remised Released and for ever Quit
       Claimed and by these Presents doth remise release and for ever Quit
       Claimed unto him the Said Charles Homewood his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns for ever ^all^ that the aforesaid Mortgage or Written
       Indenture herein first before recited and all and every the Lands and
       Premisses therein Mentioned and all and every and each of the said ^three^ instruments
       of writing or Mortgages herein before Recited and the said four Negroes and
       each and every of them therein mentioned and also the said Recited Bond
