(197) Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the County aforesaid called Homewoods Parcel containing Sixty Acres of Land more or less Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the county aforesaid called Hogg Neck Alias Davisses Lott containing Seventy Acres of Land more or less Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the county aforesaid called Alcotts Tryangle containing Seventy Acres of Land more or less Also all ^that^ Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the county aforesaid called Bennetts Park containing Eighty one Acres of Land More or less also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the county aforesaid called Pytherstone containing Sixty Acres of Land more or Less Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the county aforesaid called Henrietta Maria's Care for Mary containing Eight ^Acres^ and half an Acre of Land more or less And also all that Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Scotland containing two hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all Houses Buildings Improvements Woods Underwoods Timber Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same and to every or either of them and to ever or any Part or Parcel of them or any or either of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining under the Express Proviso or Condition that the same should be void upon Payment of the Said Sum of one thousand Pounds Current Money with Legal Interest for the Same to him the said John Brice at or upon the Tenth day of May in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty One as by the said Written Indenture duly executed and acknowledged and Recorded in the Secretarys Office and Ann Arundel County Land Records relation being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear And Whereas afterwards that is to say on or about the Twenty Eighth day of July Seventeen hundred and fifty six the said John Brice did advance and pay the sum of four Hundred and Ninety Pounds Eight Shillings and Eight pence Current Money to Lancelot Jacques of the City of Annapolis Merchant on the account and for the proper Debts of the said Charles Homewood then due from him to the said Lancelot Jacques on four Seperate and Distinkt Bonds the Legal Interest of which last Mentioned Sum from the Time of Payment (thereof) |
