       Oaks Standing on the East Side of a Run called Morgans Run Descending into the
       Main Falls of Patapsco and on the South Side of the Said Falls containing One
       Hundred Acres of Land And likewise Seven Slaves Viz.t One Negro Man
       named Sam and one Negro Woman named Hannah and five Children
       (Mulattoes) born of the said Negro Woman Hannah Viz.t Jenkins Dave
       James Nell and Jane   To have and to hold the aforesaid Lands and
       Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances together with the
       aforementioned Slaves unto them the Said Vachel Dorsey and William
       Shipley their Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper Use and
       Behoof of them the Said Vachel Dorsey and William Shipley their Heirs
       and Assigns for ever And I the said George Shipley Do hereby Warrant
       and Defend all and every of the aforementioned Land and Slaves unto them
       the Said Vachel Dorsey and William Shipley their Heirs and Assigns from
       and against all manner of Persons whatsoever provided always that if I the
       said George Shipley my Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and do well
       and truly pay unto the said Vachel Dorsey and William Shipley their
       Heirs or Assigns the full and just sum of one hundred Pounds Sterling Money
       with the Legal Interest thereupon at or before the first Day of December
       which shall happen in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
       and Sixty four that then this Deed and every clause thereof shall be
       void and of no Effect and all and Singular the Lands and Slaves herein
       mentioned shall revert to me the said George Shipley my Heirs and
       Assigns and be as in their former Estate any thing herein before contained to
       the contrary Notwithstanding In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
       Hand and affixed my Seal this first day of December in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty
