       Advantages Improvements and Appurtenances whatsoever to the
       said Lot of Ground belonging or in any wise appertaining &
       the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of the said Lot of Ground and of every
       part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of
       them the said Henry Woodward and Mary his wife and each
       of them of in or to the said Lot of Ground and every part thereof
       with its Rights members and appurtenances To have & to
       hold the said Lot of Ground and premisses with the
       appurtenances to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his
       heirs and assigns To the only proper use and behoof of
       him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his heirs and
       assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Woodward for
       himself his heirs exors and admrs doth hereby Covenant and
       Grant to and with the said Tho.s Johnson Junior his heirs
       exors adm.rs and assigns in manner & form following that is
       to say that the afd Henry Woodward and Mary his wife
       and their heirs the said Lot of Ground and premisses unto
       him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his heirs and assigns from
       and against them the said Henry Woodward and Mary his
       wife and their and each of their heirs and from and against
       all persons whatsoever claiming or to claim by from or under
       him her or them or any of them shall and will warrant &
       for ever hereafter Defend and further that they the said
       Henry Woodward and Mary his wife when thereto requested
       shall and will make do and Execute any such Act Deed Assurence
       or Conveyance of the said Lot of Ground and premisses to him
       the said Thomas Johnson Junior his heirs and assigns as shall
       be advised for the sure making over and conveying the said Lot
