       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Released Confirmed and made over and
       by these Presents doth for himself and his Heirs give grant Bargain Sell
       Alien Enfeoff Release Confirm and make over unto the said Enoch Magruder
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a
       Tract of Land called Stoney Harbour lying and being in Prince Georges County
       to him the said Zachariah Wade by the Testament and last Will of his Deceased
       Father Zachariah Wade and also all that Tract or parcel of Land called Wades
       Adventure lying and being in the county aforesaid adjoining to the said part
       of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Stoney Harbour containing one hundred
       Acres of Land which same part of Stoney Harbour and the aforesaid Tract
       of Land called Wades Adventure were Devised to the aforesaid Zachariah
       Wade ^in^ and by the Testament and last Will of his Deceased Father Zachariah
       Wade and also all that parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called
       Lanhams Folly lying and being in the county aforesaid Beginning at a
       bounded Hickery and running thence South fifty one Degrees East sixty eight
       Perches North fifty three degrees East fifty perches North fifty four Degrees
       West Ninety Perches thence to the beginning Tree containing twenty three
       Acres and three Roods of Land together with all and Singular the Dwelling
       Houses Outhouses Tobacco houses Fences Orchards Yards Gardens and all
       other Improvements Conveniencys and Advantages on the said Several Tracts
       or parcels of Land belonging or in any manner of way appertaining To
       have and to hold the aforesaid Several Tracts or Parcels of Land
       and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Enoch Magruder
       his Heirs and Assigns forever To the only proper use and Behoof of
       him the said Enoch Magruder his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use
       intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Zachariah Wade doth for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise grant and agree
       to and with the said Enoch Magruder his Heirs and Assigns That he the said
       Zachariah Wade and his Heirs the said Several Tracts and parcels of Land
       and Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Enoch Magruder
