       and discharge the Said John Worthington Grand Father as aforesaid his Heirs Ex.rs
       and Administrators Hath Remised Released and for ever quit Claimed and by
       these Presents Doth Remise Release and for ever quit Claim unto the said John
       Worthington Grand Father as aforesaid his Heirs and Assigns (in his the said John
       Worthington Grand Father as aforesaid his Actual Possession now being) by Virtue
       of the aforerecited Mortgages All the right Title Interest Possession Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Worthington Grandson as aforesaid
       of in and to the aforerecited Mortgages and the Lands and Chattels thereon Mentioned
       and every part and parcel of them with the Increase of the said Negroes Cattle and
       Mares together with the therein Mentioned Clauses Conditions Covenants or
       Provisoes for the Redemption thereof and also all Equity of Redemption under
       or by means of the same And also all the Estate Right Title Inheritance
       whatsoever of in to or out of the aforesaid Land and Chattels To have and
       to hold the aforesaid Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and
       the aforesaid Chattels with their Increase unto him the said John Worthington
       Grand Father as aforesaid his Heirs and Assigns for ever free and clear
       and freely and clearly acquitted and Discharged of and from the aforesaid
       Clauses Covenants Conditions or Provisoes and also of and from all Equity
       of Redemption under or by means of the same as fully and effectually to
       all intents and purposes as if the said recited Indentures of Mortgages had never
       been Subject thereto any thing in the said recited Indentures of Mortgages contained
       to the contrary thereof in any wise Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and
       Seals the Day and Year first written on the first Sheet of Paper hereunto
       annexed
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
             In Presence of (the three            John Worthington son of W.m  (seal)
       within easements being first made)
