       for ever Defend by these Presents Provided Nevertheless and it is the true intent
       and meaning of these Presents that the aforesaid Slaves be and remain in the hands
       and Possession of the said Henry Woodward Esq.r his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       on the said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors or Administrators providing
       the said Charles Homewood his Board at his own Table washing and Lodging
       untill the said Charles Homewood Such Wife as he shall hereafter Marry
       or his Heirs Executors Administrators Trustees of Such Heirs shall redeem a
       certain Land Mortgage made by the said Charles Homewood to the said
       Henry Woodward   And in Case it should please Almighty God that the
       said Charles Homewood should depart this Life before the Expiration of the
       said time Limitted for Redemption of the said Land Mortgage the said
       Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall pay
       unto the said Wife that the said Charles Homewood after the Date of
       these Presents shall Marry or his Heirs Executors Administrators Trustees
       of such Heirs in the Mortgage before specified and recited for every Year
       the said Henry Woodward his Heirs or Assigns shall have and enjoy the
       Labour or Service of the aforesaid Slaves (which said Slaves the said
       Henry Woodward is to accomodate and Cloath) the sum of Nineteen pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Britain or the full Value thereof in such species
       of Money as shall be then passing in this Province and that in Case of
       One or both the Death of the said Slaves the said Woodward his Heirs
       or Assigns shall only be responcible to the said Homewood such Wife
       as he shall hereafter Marry or his Heirs Executors Administrators Trustees
       of such Heirs or his Assigns for both of their Labour while Living and the
       aforesaid Slaves Labour and Service being of the full Value thereof or as
       their Labour through Age declines in Value in Proportion to the aforesaid
       Sum agreable to Equity in manner and form aforesaid and continuing in
       his Hands or in Case of the Death of ^one for the survivor in case of the Death of both^ both for neither and that the full and
       Absolute Possession be delivered of the Property hereby Vested in the said
       Charles Homewood of the aforesaid Slaves already in hand paid for to the
       s.d Henry Woodward by the said Charles Homewood to the said Homewood
