(167) Such Wife as he the said Charles Homewood shall hereafter Marry his Heirs Executors Administrators Trustees of Such Heirs or his Assigns whenever the aforesaid Land Mortgage shall be redeemed which the said Henry ^Woodward^ for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns irrevocably Agrees to perform In Witness whereof the said Henry Woodward hath hereunto Affixed his Hand and Seal the Day and Year of our Blessed Lord and Saviour first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of Hy Woodward (seal) MMacnemara Samuel Chase On the back of the aforegoing Obligation was thus written Viz.t October the 29.th in the year of our Lord 1760 Then received of Charles Homewood Esq.r the just Sum of one hundred and forty Pounds Current Money being the full and Actual Consideration Money within mentioned Witness present MMacnemara Hy Woodward Samuel Chase October the 28th 1760 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the within named Henry Woodward Esq.r and acknowledged the within Specified Instrument of Writing to be his proper Act and Deed to and for the use of the said Charles Homewood Esq.r his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the Same Deed and pursuant to the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided Acknowledged the 19 sides Day and Year aforesaid Recorded 29.th Octo.r 1760 Before me Geo Steuart xd Duty paid Maryland fs.t Know all Men by these Presents that We John L S Ridout of the City of Annapolis Esq.r John Ross and Upton Scott of John Brice the same City Gentlemen are held and firmly bound unto the Right Clk (Honourable) |
