       Samuel Alcott for Seventy One Acres All that Tract or parcel of Land
       called Hogg Neck Alias Daviss his Lott Granted to William Davis for
       Seventy Acres All that Tract or parcel of Land called Bennetts Park
       containing Eighty one Acres Granted to John Bennett Esq.r And all that
       Tract or parcel of Land called Charles Homewood and Mary Chews fair
       Jerusalem containing Two hundred three and an half acres Granted
       Charles Homewood Esq.r in the whole amounting to Two thousand and two
       hundred and thirty one Acres of Land more or less excepting unto the
       said Charles Homewood for ever and reserving out of the said Premisses the
       Grave Yard or burying Ground of the Ancestors of him the said Charles
       Homewood with free Liberty of Ingress Egress and Regress thereto for
       him the Said Charles Homewood and others of his Family to bury and their
       Dead to Inter there and to repair and maintain the Pailing and Inclosure
       thereof at his and their expence together with all Edifices Improvements
       Woods Underwoods Timber Trees Water Water Courses Easments Profits
       Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be
       bargained and Sold Land and Premisses and to every or either of them
       and to every or any part or Parcel of them or any or either of them
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and
       of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him
       the said Charles Homewood of in to or out of the said Bargained
       and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold
       Lands and Premisses and of in to or out of every part and Parcel of
       them and every or either of them with their and every of their Rights
       Members and Appurtenances To have and to Hold the said
       Lands and Premisses hereby Bargained and Sold or meant Mentioned or
       intended so to be unto him the said Henry Woodward his Heirs and Assigns
       to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Henry Woodward his
