       Mortgage to be utterly void and of None Effect as fully clearly and absolutely
       as altho the same had actually never been any thing therein contained to the
       contrary notwithstanding  Now this Indenture expresly Witnesseth
       that the Said Henry Woodward Esquire for and in consideration of the sum
       of Eighty One perches Sixteen Shillings Current Money together with the
       Legal Interest thereon and the Charge of Recording the aforesaid recited and
       specified Deed of Mortgage to him the Said Henry Woodward Esq.r in Hand
       paid by the said Charles Homewood Esq.r the Receipt whereof he the said
       Henry Woodward Esq.r doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith
       fully clearly and absolutely satisfied contented and paid and therefrom
       and every part and parcel thereof doth exonerate and Discharge the
       said Charles Homewood Esq.r his certain Attorney Heirs Executors Administrators
       and all and every of them fully clearly and Absolutely by
       these presents according to the express Tenner of the statutes of
       England granted by Royal prerogative and according to the Laws of
       this Province In Co^n^sideration thereof have remised released and do
       by these Presents fully clearly and Absolutely Remise Release and
       forever quit Claim unto the Said Charles Homewood Esq.r his Heirs
       and Assigns forever of in and unto all his the said Henry
       Woodwards Esq.r Right Title Interest Claim Property or Demand
       either in Law or Equity in of or unto the said afore recited Deed
       of Mortgage and all and Singular the Premisses therein contained
       to all Intents and Purposes whatever as fully clearly and
       absolutely as altho the same had been therein perticularly
       Specified and Expressed  In Faith and Testimony whereof
       the said Henry Woodward Esquire hath hereunto interchangeably
       affixed his Hand and Seal the day and year of our Lord
       God first above written
