       Members and Appurtenances unto the said William Green his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these
       Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term of one whole year
       from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended to the Intent
       and Purpose that (by Force and Virtue of these Presents and of the statute
       for Transfering Uses into Possession) the said William Green may be in
       the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and
       accept a Grant and Release of the Revertion and Inheritance thereof
       to him and his Heirs forever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and affixed
       their Seals the day and year first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presents of                        David Jameson by  Wil Lyon      (seal)
       Ja Moore ju                                                               his attorney
       Robert Willmott                                                       William Green  (seal)

                On the Back of the aforeing Lease was thus written Viz.t

       Received the day and year first within written of and from the within
       named William Green the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the consideration
       within mentioned to be by him paid to me  David Jameson by
       Witness                                                      Wil Lyon his attorney
                      Robert Willmott
                      Ja.s Moore ju

                         On the Fourth day of July 1760 came before us the subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County James Moore and
       Robert Wilmott the Persons who have Subscribed their names as Witnesses to
       the Execution of the within Deed and Severally made oath on the Holy
       Evangelists of Almighty God that they did Severally hear and see the within
       named William Lyon sign and seal the within Deed in the name of and as
       attorney for the within named David Jameson and that they did so hear
       and see the said William Lyon deliver the same Deed as the Act and Deed
       of the afd David Jameson and that the names of James Moore and Robert
