       Be it remembred that on the 30 day of April in the Year of our
       Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty before me the Subscriber
       one of the Justices of the Provincial Court personally appeared the
       within named Joseph Ensor and acknowledged the within Instrument of
sides  Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein
12½ Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named John Brice
       his Heirs and Assigns according to the Act of Assembly in such case
       made and Provided
       Recorded 10th Sep.r 1760                           Geo Steuart


x.d  This Indenture made this fourth day of July in the Year of
       our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty Between David Jameson of
       the Town and County of York in the Colony ^of^ Virginia Merchant of the
       one Part and William Green of the City of Williamsburgh in the
       Colony of Virginia aforesaid Merchant of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said David Jameson for and in consideration of the sum
       of five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said William
       Green the receit whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath bargained and
       Sold and by these Presents Doth bargain and Sell unto the said
       William Green ALl that Lot of Ground lying and being in Baltimore
       Town in Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland distinguished in
       the Plat of the said Town by the Number fourteen lately occupied by a
       certain James Cary and by him sold and conveyed to him the said
       David Jameson together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens ways
       Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Lot of
       Ground belonging or appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and of every
       part and parcel thereof  To have and to Hold the said Lot of Ground
       and all and Singular the Premisses with their and every of their Rights
