(127) Deponent further saith that he verily believes that the Name Jacob Vanbebber set to the Seventh Seal on the inquisition hereunto annexed is of the proper Hand writing of the aforesaid Jacob Vanbebber who once resided in this County and Province as aforesaid R.d Thompson Jun.r 1½ Cecil County fs.t The above Deposition taken before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid the 27th day of August 1760 B Moody 5. Francis Mauldin of Cecil County and Province of Maryland Aged about forty one Years being Sworn on the Holy Evangelists Deposeth and Saith that his this Deponants Fathers Name was Francis Mauldin who resided in Cecil County aforesaid untill about the Tenth day of February 1735 years when he did there that he was well acquainted with his said Fathers hand writing that he verily beleives the Name Francis ½ Mauldin set to the third Seal on the inquisition hereunto annexed is of the proper hand Writing of his said Father Francis Mauldin Fran.s Mauldin Cecil County fs.t The above Deposition taken before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for said County Aug.t 25.th 1760 James Baxter 6. Doctor Slyter Bouchell of Cecil County and Province of Maryland Aged about forty years being Sworn on the Holy Evangels deposeth and saith that he was well acquainted with John Jarvert of the County aforesaid (who has been long Since Deceased) and with his Hand writing 1½ having often seen him write and this Deponant further saith that he verily believes the Name John Jarvert set to the Second Seal on the inquisition hereunto annexed in the proper hand writing of the (said) |
