       aforesaid (and died there long since) and with his hand writing
       having often seen him write  And the Deponent further Saith that
       he verily beleives the name John Jarvert Set to the Second Seal on
1½  inquisition hereunto annexed is the proper Hand writing of the said
       John Jarvert deceased who was of the county aforesaid

                               The above Deposition was taken before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid on the
       27th day of August 1760                                                   B Moody
   
   3  Doctor Slyter Bouchell of Cecil County and Province of Maryland
       Aged about forty years being sworn on the Holy Evangelist deposeth and
       saith that his this Deponents Fathers Name was Peter Bouchell
       who resided in Cecil County aforesaid untill about the first day of June
       1734 when he died there That he was well acquainted with his said
       Father's Hand Writing having often Seen him write and the said
side Deponent further saith that he verily believes the Name Peter
1½  Bouchell Set to the Eighth Seal on the inquisition hereunto annexd
       is of the proper Hand writing of his said Father Peter Bouchell

                                     The above Deposition was taken before me the subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for said county Aug.t 25.th 1760

   4     Richard Thompson Jun.r of Cecil County and Province of
