       Attorney for me and in my name and Stead to seal and Execute any Deed or Deeds
       for the Perfect Conveyance and Assurance of all my Right title and Estate of & in
       All that Tract or parcel of Land lying in Frederick County in the Province of Maryland
       called Josephs Park And also all that Tract or parcel of Land lying in Frederick
       County in the Province aforesaid called Partnership together with all that Tract
       or Parcel of Land lying in Frederick County in the Province aforesaid calld John
       and Ann by what other Name or Names the said Lands may be known as
       also that Lott of Ground within the Town of Marlbro whereon the dwelling
       House or Tenement of Mary Townley heretofore did stand and also the
       Several Lotts which are in the Town of Marlbro and which lye between
       the said Tenement of Mary Townleys and the Common Landing Place heretofore
       and yet fenced in all which said Lands Lotts and Meadow Grounds
       were devised to me by the last Will and Testament of my late Honoured
       Father Daniel Carroll as per the said last Will and Testament
       reference being thereunto had will appear unto my Loving Brother
       Daniel Carroll of Prince Georges County aforesaid  To have and to
       hold the said Several Tracts or parcels of Lands Lotts and Meadow
       Grounds with their and each of their Appurtenances unto him my
       said Loving Brother Daniel Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       which said Deed or Deeds after the same shall be so Seald and Executed
       by my Said Attorneys or either of them shall be as Effectual in Law to
       all intents and purposes as if I the said John Carroll had seald & delivered
       the same then and there in Person In Witness whereof I have hereunto
       Set my Hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of January In the
       Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Sixty
