       him the Said Richard Snowden his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns for ever hath given Granted Bargained
       sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth give
       Grant Bargain Sell Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said
       Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns for ever all
       those four Severall percels or Tracts of Land Scituate
       lying ^& being^ as before Expressed Containing in the whole four
       Several Tracts Three hundred and thirty Six Acres of Land
       more or Less together with all rights Issues Profits
       Emolliments and Appurtenances to the same incident
       or any ways Appurtaining with all and Singular the
       Houses out Houses Woods under Woods Cultivations
       Improvements and Hereditaments whatsoever with
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       to the same belonging To have and to hold the said
       Granted Lands with all and Singular the Premisses and
       Appurtenances to the only proper Use and Behoofe
       of him the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns
       forever and the said John Purdam for himself his heirs
       and Assigns Doth further Covenant and Agree to and
       with the said Richard Snowden the aforesaid four
       Severall Tracts of Land with the Premisses and
       Appurtenances for ever will Warrant and defend to
       him the said Richard Snowden his heirs and Assigns
       against him the said John Purdam his Heirs and Assigns
       or any other person or Parsons whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the said John Purdam hath hereunto set his
       hand and Affixed his Seal the day and year above written
       signed sealed and delivered
