       Singular my rights and Property of all my Tracts of Land lying and being in
       Baltimore County the which became my right by the Last Will and Testament
       of my Brother in Law Richard Lease of Calvert County deceased Relation to
       which Will being had it may and doth at Large appear Hath given Granted
       Leased and to Farm Sett Over unto him the said Robert Gover his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns forever all and every my part of all and
       every severall Tracts of Land there from ^bound^ due to the said Richard Lease as
       aforesaid and I the said John Dew for myself my Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns doth Warrant the Lands that are found as aforesaid clear from
       them forever In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and
       Affixed my Seal the Day and Year first above Written
Signed Sealed and Delivered
    In the Presence of                                    John Dew            (seal)

                      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Memorandum That on the third day of May in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand Seven hundred sixty appeared before David Arnold and
       Charles Grahame two of his Lordships Justices for Calvert County the
       within named John Dew and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act
       and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the
       Right and property of the within named Robert Gover his Heirs and
       Assigns forever and at the same time came Lydea Dew the Wife of the said
       John Dew ^and^ being Examined as the Law directs did freely give up all her
       Right of Dower in the said Lands and desired it might be recorded
       Therefore taken before us                                 David Arnold
                                                                               Charles Grahame

       I hereby Acknowledge to have received the sum of Five thousand pounds
       of Tobacco being the Purchase of the within Lands in full Satisfaction
       for the same I say Received             p me
