       Thomas Couts and on satisfaction had and reced to release
       and discharge the persons making and paying
       the same And upon receit or recovery of all or any
       the said premisses accquittances Releases or any other
       Lawfull Discharges for his Majesty and in his
       Name to make seal and deliver one other Attorney
       or More to substitute and them at pleasure to
       Revoke And generally to Act and do execute and
       perform all other Matters and things whatsoever
       needfull Necessary and Convenient in and touching
       the premisses as legally fully and effectually
       as wee our selves or any of us or any other his
       Majestys Commissioners Deputies Attorneys
       or Receivers might or could do if personally present
       And we the aforesaid commissioners do further in
       his Majestys Name and on his behalf hereby
       Ratifie approve and confirme all and whatsoever
       the said Maurice Birchfield James Bowles and
       Philip Lee or any two or more of them or their or
       either of their substitutes shall lawfully doe or
       cause to be done in or about the premisses pursuant
       to the power hereby given And wee do likewise
       on the behalf of his Majesty as commissioners
       covenant agree and promise to and with the said
       Maurice Birchfield James Bowles and Philip
       Lee to indemnify and bear harmless our said
       Attorneys and their substitutes their Exec.rs Admin.rs
       or other legall Representatives from all and all
       manner of Charges Costs troubles Disbursements
       and damages which shall be sufferd incurred caused
       or occasioned by their having done or Acted any
