       or Agents of our said Soveraign Lord the King for and
       on the behalf of his Majesty and to and for his Majestys
       Use and benefitt to Aske Sue for Demand
       and require levy recover and receive of and from the
       said Thomas Couts William Trent John French
       Patrick Andrew and Barnard Townsend and of
       and from the heirs Exec.rs Admin.rs or Assignes of the
       said William Watts deced and of and from all and
       every other person or persons whatsoever who have
       or shall have any of the estate goods or effects
       of the said Thomas Couts or who stand indebted
       or accountable to him in and for any sume or
       sumes of Money whatsoever in any Place or
       Places beyond the seas all such Estate goods
       Debts and Effects of the said Thomas Couts or
       either of them and all such sum and sumes
       of Money due unto or accountable for to the
       said Thomas Couts And wee the said Commissioners
       for and on his Majestys behalf do
       give unto the said Maurice Birchfield James
       Bowles and Philip Lee his Majestys full power
       strength and authority in and about the
       premisses or any part or parcell thereof the said
       William Trent John French Patrick Andrew
       and Bernard Townesend and the heirs Exec.rs
       Admin.rs and Assignes of the said William Watts
       Deced and all and every other person and persons
       whatsoever their Heirs or other legall Representatives
       and their Goods to sue arrest attach seize
       Imprison prosecute and Condemn in order to
       the obtaining the premisses to be seized and
       applyed for and towards satisfying the Debt
       so as aforesaid oweing to his Majesty by the said
