98) thing in Pursuance of the Power and trust reposed in them by this Instrument of Procuration and that they shall have reasonable Allowances for their pains troubles and expences therein His Majesty hereby requiring the said Attorney and Attorneys from time to time to transmitt to us the said commissioners of his Majestys Customes or to the comissioners of his Majestys Customes for the time being accounts of all their actings and doings by Virtue of these Presents And allso to remitt to us or them by Goods or Effects or the Value of the same And all such sum and sumes of Money they and or either of them shall recover and Receive by Vertue hereof And for Your further Authority in the premisses wee herewith send unto You an Exemplification of the said Extent and Inquisition under the seal of his Majestys Court of Exchecquer hereby Requiring You or any or either of You to put the said seizure and all other Matters and things herein before Mentioned in execution with effect according to Law In Wittness whereof wee the said commissioners have hereunto sett our hands and caused to be sealed with the publick seal of our office the twenty ninth day of Aprill in the third year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God over Great Brittain France and Ireland King |
