91 November y.e thirteenth 1719 Then Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall court of the province of Maryland The within menconed John Davison and acknowledged the within Indenture ^to be^ be his act and deed and the Land and premisses therein menconed to be the right and estate of the within named Anthony Ruley his heirs and assignes ^for ever^ according to the true intent and meaning of the within deed and pursuant to an Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided November the 13.th day 1719 Taken and acknowledged before me the day and year abovesaid Then Received of M.r Anthony Ruley Sam.l Young the sume of sixty five pounds sterl being in full for the consideracon of the within menconed Land and premisses £65 sterl I sat rec.d p me Wittnesses psent John Davison Sam.l Young Sam.l Young Jun.r his Fergular M Mackilverey Mark serv.t to Sam.l Young Recorded June the 26.th 1720 |
