74) Thousand pounds of Tobacco in Cask by the afd William Meades & John Meades to them the s.d John Baggby & Mary his Wife in hand paid or secured to be paid the receit whereof the afd John Baggby doth hereby acknowledge They the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby & Mary his Wife Have Granted bargained & sold and by these Presents do grant & sell unto the s.d William Meades & John Meades all their Right Title Interest property Claim & Demand which they the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby & Mary his Wife or either of them now have hath or ought to have of into & out of the afs.d tract of Land called S.t Martins as afd and containing four hundred Acres of Land as afd Lying in Talbott County on the North side of Chaptank River as afd with all buildings & Improvements whatsoever and allso all profitts & appurtenances thereunto belonging and appertaining To have & to hold all & singular the premisses with the appurtenances to them the said W.m Meades and John Meades their Heirs & Assignes forever And the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby and Mary his Wife for themselves & every of them their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of Doe & doth hereby covenant & agree to & with the said William Meades & John Meades & their Heirs & Assignes that they the said Thomas Padgett & John Baggby & Mary his Wife or one of them at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents hath good Right and Lawfull Authority to Sell & Convey the afd |
