71 The Parties first above Named to these presents their hands and seals inter changeably have set the Day & year first Written Jere Finch (sea) Christian Finch (seal) And on the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of us Samuel Chew of Maidstone Daniel Smith Received of M.r Samuel Chew w.thin Named the sume of three hundred pounds Sterling money being the consideration of the within 300 written Deed and menconed to be paid to us Jere Finsh Christian Finch Wittnesses Samuel Chew of Maid Stone Daniel Smith Maryland fs Feb.ry the 25.th 1719/20 Then Came before me W.m Holland Chief Justice of the said Province the w.thin Jeremiah Finch & Christian his Wife Parties to the within Deed & acknowledged the same persuant to an Act of Assembly in that Case Made and Provided The said Christian being Privately Examined Out of the Heareing of her s.d Husband did freely Joyne w.th her husband (In) |
