       his heirs & assignes Shall & will for Ever warr.t
       and Defend and the said Jeremiah Finsh and Christian
       his wife for them selves their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and
       Assignes doth Covenant and Promise to And w.th the
       said Samuel Chew his heirs and assignes that they y.e
       said Jeremiah & Christian & their heirs and all and
       every person & persons Whomesoever haveing or Lawfully
       Claiming any Estate Right Title or Interest Claim
       or Demand whatsoever of in ^to^ or out of the s.d
       Premises or any part thereof by from or under
       them shall and will from Time to time &
       at all Times hereafter at the Request & Charges
       of the s.d Samuel Chew and his heirs make Do
       Acknowledge Levey Execute & Suffer or Cause
       and Procure to be made don^e^ & acknowledged Leveyed
       Executed Suffered all and every such Farther and
       Other Lawfull and Reasonable Act & Acts Devises
       Conveyances and Assureances in the Law whatsoever
       for the farther better & more Perfect conveying
       and assureing the said Tract or Parcell of Land and
       Premisses w.th the appurtenances unto & to the
       use of Sam.l Chew af.d his heirs & assignes as by the
       s.d Samuel Chew his heirs or & assignes or his or their
       Councill Learned in the Law Shall be Reasonably
       Devised advised or Required In Wittness Whereof
