       Branch of Fishing Creek & w.th the s.d Branch & Creek to
       the first Tree Containing & Laid Out for five hundred
       & fifty acres (as above) be the same More or Less
       the said Tract of Land Together w.th all ways passages
       waters water courses Proffitts Commodities hereditaments
       & Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or parcell
       of Land belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the
       Revertion & Reversions Remaind.r & Remainders REnts
       Issues & Proffitts thereof and of every part & parcell
       thereof w.th their and every of their appurtenances
       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property
       Claim & Demand whatsoever of them the s.d Jeremiah
       Finch & Christian his wife of Into or out of the same
       Together w.th all Deeds Escripts & Writeings whatsoever
       relateing to the s.d Premisses now in the Custody or power
       of them the s.d Jeremiah & Christian his wife
       To have & to Hold the s.d Tract or Parcell of
       Land & premises w.th the Appurtenances unto the said
       Samuel Chew his heirs & assignes to the only proper
       use and behoof of the s.d Samuel Chew his heirs and
