       be to appear in all courts and before all Lords Judges and
       Justices there to Answer Defend and Reply to all matters and
       causes touching the Premises and to doe say and pursue Implead
       Seise and Sequester Arrest attach Imprison and to Condemn
       and out of Prison again (when need shall be) to Deliver likewise
       one Attorney or more with the like Limitted Power under him
       to make and substitute and the same at pleasure to revoke
       And Generally in and concerning the Premises and the Depencies
       thereof to do say Transact and Accomplish all whatsoever
       the said constituant himself might or could do if personally
       Personally ^here^ by ratifying and confirming for good and valid
       all and whatsoever the said Thomas Nevett or his Substitute
       shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the
       Premises by Vertue of these Presents In Wittness
       whereof the said constituant to these Presents hath Subscribed
       his name and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first

       made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he
       did see John Baily party to the within Instrument or Power of
       Attorney af.d Seal & Deliver the same as his the said John Bailys
       Act & Deed for the Use therein mentioned
