x.d   This Indenture Made the Twenty
       fourth day of Fabruary Anno Dom ^one thousand^ Seventeen
       hundred and Nineteen Between Jeremiah Finch
       and Christian his Wife (the Daughter and Sole heir of
       Tho.s Sterling late of Calv.t County deced) of the Province
       of Maryland of the one part and Samuel Chew of
       Ann Arundell County and the said Province of the
       Other Part   Wittnesseth that the said Jeremiah
       Finch and Christian his Wife for and in consideracon
       of the sume of three hundred Pounds Money Sterling
       to them in hand paid at or before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of These Presents by the s.d Samuel
       Chew the Receipt Whereof the s.d Jeremiah and
       Christian his wife doth Hereby acknowledge & thereof
       & of every part thereof doth Acquit Release & Discharge
       the said Samuel Chew his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs and assignes
       and Every of them by these presents they the said
       Jeremiah Finch & Christian his Wife hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Released and Confirmed
       and by these presents Doth Grant Bargain and Sell
       alien Enfeoffe release and confirme unto the said
       Samuel Chew (in his Actual Possession now being by
       Vertue of an Indictm.t of Bargaine & Sale to him
       thereof made by the s.d Jeremiah and Christian his
