       Credits of Tho.s Brettargh heretofore of Leverpoole aforesaid
       and since of Oxford in Maryland Merchant Deced which
       said appearer hath made Ordained Constituted Authorized &
       Appointed and by these Presents doth make Ordaine
       Constitute Authorise and Appoint Tho.s Nevet of Leverpoole
       aforesaid Merchant to be his true and Lawfull Attorney
       for in the Name and to the Use of him the said constituant
       to ask Demand Sue for Levey Recover and Receive of and
       from William Skinner of Oxford aforesaid Planter all
       such Goods Cattles Chattels Effects Tobacco wares Merchand.ze
       Debts Dues Dutys Sum and Sums of Money and all other
       Things what^so^ever which now are or heretofore came to the
       hands Custody Power of Possession of the said William
       Skinner by the said Decedant Thomas Brettargh and also
       to Ask Demand Sue for Levey Recover and receive of
       and from all and every other Person or Persons in Maryland
       or elsewhere or elsewhere all and singular such Debts
       Dues Dutys Sum and Sums of Money Tobacco Goods
       Effects Cattle Chattels and Demands whatsoever of him
       the said constituant which now are or hereafter shall be
       found and Appear to be Due Owing belonging or appertaining
       to him in any wise (nothing excepted or Reserved)
       togeather with all Costs Damages and Interests & likewise
       concerning the Premises or any part or Parcell thereof to
       Compound and Agree by Arbitration or otherwise (if and
       occassion shall require) and to accompt with and Demand
       and take Account of all and every Person and Persons
       whatsoever whom it doth and may Concern of the Recovery &
       Receipts Compositions and Agreements & Acquittances or
       other Discharges for and in the name of him the said
       constituant to make Subscribe Seal and Deliver and (if occasion
