64) On the back of the aforegoing Defeazance was thus endorst (viz.t) Memorand.m That on the fifth day of February in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred & Nineteen came before me the subscriber being one of his Lordps Justices of the Provinciall Court the within Named Richard Bennett and acknowledged the within Release to be his act and Deed and the Lands and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within Named Robert Ungle (to the uses within mentioned) according to the act of assembly in that case Made and provided Acknowledged before me the day and Year above written 5 sides R Tilghman By this Publick Instrument of Procuration or Generall Letter of Attorney be it known and Manifest unto all Persons That on y.e Eighteenth day of November Anno Domine One thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen And in the fifth Year of the Reign of Our most Gracious Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c.a before me James Berry Notary and Tabellion Public by Royall Authority admitted and sworne Dwelling in Leverpoole in the county of Lancester and Kingdom of Great Britain and in the Presence of the Wittnesses hereafter made named personally appeared Jn.o Baily of Warrington in the ^said^ county of Lancaster Linnen Draper Administrat.rs of all and singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Creditts |
