                                  That on the fifth day of February
       in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven
       hundred & Nineteen came before me the subscriber
       being one of his Lordps Justices of the Provinciall
       Court the within Named Richard Bennett and
       acknowledged the within Release to be his act
       and Deed and the Lands and premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right of the within Named
       Robert Ungle (to the uses within mentioned)
       according to the act of assembly in that case
       Made and provided
       Acknowledged before me the day and Year
