(63) Ungle (that is to say) all that part or parcell of Land called plain dealings and severall other tracts adjoyning whereupon the said Robert Ungle is now settled and dwells containing by estimation four hundred and twenty eight acres And all that tract and parcell of Land called Cabbin Neck containing by estimation fifty acres Allso all that tract and parcell of Land called Grundys Lott containing by estimation forty six acres both lying near and adjoyning unto the aforesaid tract and parcell of Land called Plain Dealing and alltogether were sold and made over by the said Robert Ungle unto the said Richard Bennett as aforesaid for five hundred and twenty four acres of Land more or less Together with all and singular the Plantations, buildings, houses, Orchards, Gardens, fences, woods, Underwoods, Priviledges, advantages, Proffitts, hereditaments, Rights, Members, and Appurtenances, whatsoever unto the said severall and particular tracts or Parcells of Land or any part or parcells thereof belonging or any ways appertaining And all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, property, Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Richard Bennett and his Heirs of all and singular the said Lands and Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Robert Ungle and his heirs for ever To have and to Hold all the said severall and particular tracts and parcells of Land and premisses with all and singular their appurtenances aforesaid unto the said Robert Ungle and his Heirs for ever In Confirmation whereof the said Richard Bennett hath hereunto sett his hand and seal this fifth day of February Anno 1719/20 Signed Sealed & Deliv.d In the presence of R Bennett (seal) Robert Thorold J Beck |
